Room categories with specific bedding listed in the name are available only as listed. For example, if the room name is "Junior Suite King", it only comes with a king bed, even if you select "2 Beds" as your preference. Not all categories have all bedding options.

We believe that your upcoming trip is a significant investment, which you should protect. Cancel Insurance details and prices are listed in your quote or on the wedding website. We strongly recommend Cancel Insurance for your trip. Per the Refund Policy, all payments may be non-refundable if Cancel Insurance is declined. If you choose to decline Cancel Insurance, you assume any and all financial loss associated with your travel arrangements and waive any right to dispute or chargeback any and all payments in case of cancellation or loss.

The cost of Cancel Insurance is $195.00 per person.

For rooms with multiple travelers, if Cancel Insurance is accepted, everyone in the room must have a policy. However, if Cancel Insurance is declined, no one in the room can have a policy. While Cancel Insurance is added for the entire room, it is priced per traveler. For example, if Cancel Insurance is $195 per traveler and there are three travelers sharing the room, $585 will be added to the cost of the room and deposit. If you accept Cancel Insurance, you are authorizing the full cost of the insurance to automatically be added to and paid with the room deposit.

Once accepted and paid, Cancel Insurance is immediately non-refundable. Cancel Insurance cannot be added after your deposit has been paid.

If you would like a more comprehensive travel insurance policy that includes coverage for things like medical emergencies, lost luggage, evacuation, trip delay and the like, you will need to purchase a policy from Allianz, Travel Guard or another travel insurance provider of your choice.
