We want to ensure you have a safe and worry free travel experience. We believe that your upcoming trip is a significant investment, which you should protect. Cancel Insurance details and prices are listed in your quote or on the wedding website. For rooms with multiple guests, if insurance is accepted below, everyone in the room will have a policy. The policy cost is per person. For example, if insurance is $159.99 and there are 3 people sharing the room, $479.97 will be added to the cost of the room and deposit. However, if insurance is declined below, no one in the room can have insurance. Everyone sharing the room will have insurance, or no one will have insurance. We cannot have one person accept and one person decline. If you accept Cancel Insurance, the cost of insurance will automatically be added to your deposit amount. Once accepted and paid, insurance is immediately non-refundable. We strongly recommend you purchase Cancel Insurance for your trip. There are no refunds if Cancel Insurance is declined. If you choose to decline this valuable protection, you are assuming any and all financial loss associated with your travel arrangements. If you would like a more comprehensive insurance policy that includes things like medical and luggage coverage, you will need to purchase a policy from Travel Guard, Allianz or another travel insurance provider of your choice.
